Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your Stop Jeans account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a unique return authorization number.

  Pack Your Denim

  Securely place the unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all manufacturer tags and labels remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your return confirmation email to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
